Cancellation Policy
Out of respect for my time and other guests, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 30% of the scheduled service amount. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Extension hair purchases are non-refundable and require full payment prior to ordering.
